Having survived the high school ape antics some 20 years ago, Roy returns
to his role as the General after having gone on to a career in the creature
effects industry not only as a shop foreman but as a suit performer. 

He has made appearances in several of ABC’s Bone Chillers episodes and spent6 months in China playing “Willy Beest” in 1996’s “Warriors of Virtue”,
all the while searching for a real American hamburger. 

Regarding his cinematic success, Roy says, “You know you’re big-time when you have an action figureof your character on the clearance racks at Toys-R-Us.”

And Roy's favorite moment as an Ape?  "Ape-icture is worth a thousand words!"
