Jeff Carlson is a Creative Director for a Midwestern publishing agency 
with a primary focus on design and commercial illustration.
 He's been into FX work since he was 12. The POTA costume shown was done by him as a commission piece in 1999; the whole costume took a little under a week. The photo shown Chad Fidler, a good friend of Jeff,
